The ones with just kimchi are delicious. I hate sea food but I get korean kimchi pizza / pancakes all the time at this place in my town. You should try it... minus the fish guts at least ;)

Bread with sauce and cheese is a pretty simple recipe. I imagine it has been invented in many parts of the world independently at one time or another. Pizza however, is an Italian thing. They popularized it. Koreans did not popularize pizza. However the normal "korean pancake / korean pizza" which is a delicious bread pancake with kimchi in it is fucking delicious.
