This is what the West, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey are funding in Syria. These are the type of people who are supposed to bring democracy, freedom, and modernity to Syria, the type of people who embrace Saudi Jihadis boasting about 9/11 and calling Osama bin Laden as their leader. Are those the people that Americans share their "values" with?

The vast majority of insurgents in Iraq came from Syria. And were sponsored and trained by the Iranian and Syrian government, killing thousands of American soldiers personally. No matter what you do with these people it is lose lose. Although I think fundamentalists are easier to tame.

@steme your statement is completely inaccurate. The Syrian and Iranian governments never trained these monkeys nor supported them. Iran was supporting the Shias in Iraq who were fighting against al-Qaeda. The Sunnis from Syria went clandestinely to Iraq without the government's knowledge. Those Syrians are the remnants of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorists that Assad the father previously crushed in Hama in 1982, after the MB's wave of sectarian massacres during the 1976-1982 period

When Iran and Iraq went to war we sponsored the Iraqis and were responsible for hundreds of thousands of dead Iranians, there is no way they would let that go unchecked. Which is why they coordinated with Syria, their closest ally in the region.

@steme The Syrian government would never train and arm the Syrian MB, they would be slitting their own throats. That's why the Assad regime, headed by an Alawite president, made sure not to arm those same people who have long expressed their desire to exterminate Alawites long before this conflict even started. Would Obama arm and train the Neo-Nazis and KKK to go kill blacks? I don't think so...

3 children were killed in the 9/11 attack, 650.000 children were killed in Afghanistan and Iraq after the us attacked.. I am a muslim, and i'm proud that i am ;) i dont care what you all say, and i dont like al qaeda too.. (NotRealMuslims).. but if you are looking too the Al Qaeda, look to the Us Army too.
