Jacksonville, Florida
A 68-year-old woman shopping at a store in an Arlington gas station became a robbery victim when a man swiped $200 right out of her hand.
Store security cameras caught the thief on tape, and now police are asking the public for help to find the man.
The victim, Mary Hudson, said she had just withdrawn $200 from an ATM and planned to use some of the cash at the store.
The security tape shows Hudson holding the money as she was shopping. A man walked down the same aisle as Hudson and, after spotting the cash in her hand, the man turned around and snatched the money from Hudson's grasp.
"He grabbed the money. He ran, and out the door he went," Hudson said. "I was holding it like this, and he just grabbed it and run."
She chased after the robber but did not get far. She returned to the store and asked the clerk for help.
