Indian Navy is more capable now than in 1999! back in 1999 India blocked Pakistan's Coastal Seas! Then Pakistan had only few days of fuel left to run its country! Indian navy has the only aircraft carrier in the entire south east asia! Even chinese dont have one and we are getting an another one plus building two more! Pakistan has no chance wat so ever of ever catching up to India and its navy Unless USA helps Pakistan! Only Pakistan's special forces challenging to India Domain! cheers

And you probably arent aware that this 2nd hand soviet era carrier the ruskies sold u is not even in service now. Its sitting at the docks and is under repairs and maintenance for the next 16-20 months.

      it only operates the harrier aircrafts, not your migs. Those harriers have proven to be a disaster for india.
