Of course no sane person wants to see abuse and harm come to children, but in policing such matters there needs to be a separation of the 'abuser' and those of us outraged at this already global news worthy video. This video was shown on network TV in many countries, as a news story !! At every turn care was taken to condemn the behaviour and request information to help bring the subject to the authorities attention, (even if both were visibly smiling at the end of the routine).

Don't shoot the messenger. Lord knows there are many many sites showing this video all over the world, how come I suddenly am a criminal ?

Now any parent that wants to upload a picture of their child swinging with their father back and forward could be construed as child abuser, you should be so ashamed. A parent that uploads a picture of his child playing roughly (as some parents do) and uploaded to a picture sharing site, is now liable to be charged with child abuse.

I’ll will fight this to the end for all parents and families. My next move is to take this to my Member of Parliament. Parents and uploaders have rights in this world of internet travel. This country we call 'the best in the world', is just a police state with rules dictated by fools looking after their own sad security.
