Believe it or not a burglar was successful in litigating a company whose roof he fell through, due to the lack of warning signs.
Or the thief that was stealing copper signal cable from a railway and got electrocuted. He blew his arm off and tried to litigate for no warning signs. Instead of contesting the claim the company paid him £10,000.
