i just don't like the idea that someone I don't know could literally walk up to me while I'm minding my own business and basically order me around and if I question or say no i'll possibly be beat up, thrown down and arrested for randomized charges with "resisting" thrown in.
lawbooks are so full these days that every action everyone does could be construed in someway to be illegal and breaking some law, some where.

I would've had this cops ass as well!!! I've written up my officers before for going to put cuffs on someone who was obviously not following instructions without calling for a 2nd unit. Have done it even when nothing went wrong. They've already demonstrated that they are NOT going to comply....and now you go hands on, by yourself. Yeah it's a girl, so what... that girl just cost you your job....

As a cop myself I am happy this guy was arrested. Just because someone disobeys a lawful order does not give you the right to use excessive force to the extent to which it can cause damage. Yes, this woman should have got back in the car when told too. But the cop could have easily used another tactic to restrain her as well. He put way too much pressure when pulling on her.

@Deeki Yes,I do work in a large precinct. As far as knowing all the officers? No, there are too many, but the ones I do know personally, around 75, I do know a few that take things way too far. I refuse to associate myself with that handful that act like they ARE the law, but when I am forced to encounter them I try my best to ensure the safety of everyone. Poor training...
Police officer has a short fuse and does not want to tolerate some bimbo ignoring his commands.
But that is where training comes into it.
He should know how to deal with idiots and make sure the law has been enforced with no injuries on both parties.
