It's not Mexico, it's Venezuela and this was shot was made at Venevision (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venevisi%C3%B3n), it's national tv station/service, they will do this and think it's fun, same things are done in Colombia, Mexico and Peru, certainly is pity and shitty at best, completely unfunny, then again, once in a while when the subject of the so called "joke" beats the living crap of the asshole executing the "joke", that's when it gets really worth watching.
