Guaranteed the person doing this was a nurse.
At the very least we know she's had experience with cyst removal. She moved at a fast rapid pace (instead of standing there gawking and gagging/vomiting) and knew to finish it off instead of leave that 10-20% of the sac inside like many people do (which ends up creating infection).
