try using that logic on the street urchins on American streets who blame everyone but themselves for how their spawn turn out. it starts in the home.
if you work hard inside the home, but let your kids go out and hang out with scum, you're most likely going to have your kid turn into one of them. set rules and enforce them. live by them yourself and your kids will have a higher chance of not becoming an inmate or a statistic.
