Basically someone accused him of being a racist, so he just goes forward admitting it. Although the cheering in the crowd is nothing to be proud about and puts a black eye on the city of Santa Clarita. This guys political career is done if he doesn't come out quickly with some statements is what they are saying now, although it might have been taken out of context but the overall words are still there strongly.
