Portuguese minister resigns after offensive gesture
Portuguese Economy Minister Manuel Pinho resigned after making an offensive gesture at an opposition MP during the state of the nation debate in parliament on Thursday.
Pinho placed his two index fingers above his head, a sign representing two horns which in Portugal means calling someone a cuckold, while looking at the leader of the communist parliamentary group, Bernandino Soares.

However he did show some restaint by not following that up with the signal for: "and afterwards she gave me a great clean-up BJ."

If this government finds it offensive to do just that, I believe they are being a tad too sensitive.
It really wasn't all that offensive it at all.

I think the last American progressive democrat that did that ..... hmmm oh yeah ... NOW I remember .. Gary Hart (democrat candidate for pres) many many years ago. 40 ? (too lazy to look it up)
After him, no democrat ever bothered about HONOR again ... they struck it from their dictionary

I wish I knew that earlier so that I could have done the same to Ronaldo the puff when he was at Old Trafford.
In other parliaments we've seen them bash each other over the head with chairs but this is a resigning affair? Strange.
