On June 30, 2022, about 02:00 Eastern European Summer Time, a DHC-8-400, DHK011-UAV, operating as a video recording flight, was on an VFR approach to a small grass strip in, Sakarya , Turkey, when it collided with another aircraft performing aerobatics in the area. A video recovered from the crash site. Shows the aerobatic aircraft climbing into the flight path of the DHK011.
