(WKTV) - Oneida County Court has released dash-cam video of the night New York State Police Investigator Matthew Sullivan was pulled over by New York State Trooper David Olney.

Sullivan was pulled over on February 6th on Route 12. According to court documents, Sullivan fled the scene after being pulled over and went to his home in Barneveld.

In March, he pled not guilty to two counts of DWI and one count of speeding in Trenton town court. At one those court hearings, Town Justice Don Cannon handed over breathalyzer test results to Sullivan's lawyer, from that night. Results show Sullivan blew .09 %.
