Bloody disgraceful. So sad to see a innocent person taken at such a young age.
Hopefully the murderer will be found and dealt with.
The thing that gets me with the modern American street gangs, is that most other organised crime groups have some form of honour code. If a guy in an english crew did this and killed a little girl, he'd more than likely be killed by his own crew as punishment, firstly for the horrible thing he'd done, and secondly for the unwelcome attention it brings. It's just not something you do. I'd think the same would happen with Aussie bikie gangs, or even the Italian Mafia. Generally if you involve the general public you're going to be getting punished one way or the other.
These thugs just have no sense of morals or honour at all. Should all be hung and drawn.
