Ahmadinejad: New York big triumph

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sees the effort to portray Iran's greatness and dignity as his main accomplishment during his New York visit.
"The United Nations General Assembly Session was the best opportunity for presenting Iran's viewpoints and introducing the characteristics of one of the greatest nations in the world," the president said.

More..ch at Columbia University, the president said that it was a big event, in which Iran's enemies sustained a great loss. "The Columbia University gathering proved that Iran is an oppressed nation with implacable enemies.”
The president added that they (Bollinger and others at Columbia University) were well prepared to defame the Iranian nation and turn the meeting into a sham trial, but Iran was able to prove its legitimacy.
Turning to the issue of his trip to Bolivia, Ahmadinejad noted that his four-hour trip was very special since it helped strengthen political ties between the two countries.
