This is a crass attempt to blame Republicans and low tax rates for "this mess" when in fact tax rates had nothing to do with it.

No, thank you for explaining Canada's taxation system and healthcare coverage. I didn't realize how it worked.
And that has what to do with anything? Do you think I like paying 43% income tax? The high taxes are a function of prosperity "sharing."
And social medicine just makes sense. The US spends more money per capita than Canada does for healthcare. More money for a system that doesn't even cover everyone. Mind boggling.
