It's all about TECHNIQUE. I met a dude once, while on a surf trip to Costa Rica, who was what most would call a dork, or nerd. It's not just brute strength to win an arm wrestling match, it's also technique and reaction. The big guy might be able to bench 500 pounds and the guy in the red might only get 350, but he knows how to arm wrestle and has better technique. Plus he has developed and trained the specific muscles used in arm wrestling whereas big man hasn't.
