Poor fella again we have so many people content just to stand around and record the event. Not a bastard will even lean in and over some sort off comfort. Humanity is going down the toliet and seriously we look at other countrys at times and call them bad :/.

RIP. The only reason he is alive for that long is because the truck wheel is applying pressure on whats left of his arteries and organs. Once he is moved he dies instantly due to massive blood loss.
Does anyone have a background story or can translate what he is saying.

Useless pedestrians? What were they supposed to do, grab some super glue, a broom? I don't know what I'd do if I ever came up on a situation like that. Probably wouldn't sleep for a week and double or triple my alcohol consumption for awhile.

It only takes one person to call for an Ambulance.. what makes you think this hasn't already been done?
I'm an Ambo, and even I would be scratching my head as to what we could do for him. When that truck gets lifted, he will die. Pain relief, fluid resuscitation and comfort care.

I know everyone's first reaction is to hit the brakes, but this guy would have been better off if the driver hadn't hit them.
Those long streaks of gore are from his body being ground down by the locked up tires and the momentum of the truck.
I doubt he lived.
