The UFC championship of Grizzly Bear Fights
Best fight I've ever seen, in-person or on video, a Timothy Treadwell recording. The short, stout, smaller bear that was laying down and minding his own business, wins. Think "submission holds".
This very much reminds me of a UFC fight of almost perfectly skill-matched opponents.
