NO JAIL FOR HULK HOGAN

ST. PETERSBURG – A judge has ruled that Hulk Hogan is not in contempt of court because of a real estate squabble with his soon-to-be ex-wife.

Linda Bollea wanted the Hulkster found in contempt because he refused to go through with the purchase of a condo in Las Vegas. Hogan says the property is a bad investment that's not worth what an initial appraisal claimed.

"With the sequence of events that happened, it just didn't make sense to spend that type of money when we've got these situations at hand. You know, with the Graziano situation and stuff, we need to be smart and be compassionate and make the right move, and not go in this hedonistic direction of spending money for a party place," explained Terry Bollea, better known as Hulk Hogan.

"It is what it is," Linda Bollea told FOX 13 after the ruling. "I really can't make a comment. I really just don't know right now."

Judge George Greer's ruling Friday means Hogan will not be sent to jail for contempt. The divorce case, though, is ongoing.
