@Wuffles Mate, perhaps the guy "randomly stopping" was merely attempting to avoid a head on collision with the police officer whom was driving in the wrong lane? Probably another lane drift due to the officer reading his cabin mounted laptop instead of focusing on the road? WTF is correct.

(1) lame-ass cop in wrong lane and lame-ass following cop doing same
(2) lame-ass driver in front suddenly stopping instead of steering while fast-moving traffic behind
(3) lame-ass me for watching any clip with "like a boss" in the title
