I was on my way home from work and saw a pickup upside down and decided to film it as we passed. No one was hurt in this accident. Right to film in public and freedom of speech are both used in this video lol.

That is an unlawful order.
The cop is trampling on the Constitution, and We the People.
He needs to learn a lesson, and realize who he is working for.

For anybody planning on visiting the good ole United States that just watched this video. This reaction is not suggested when told to put the camera up. This kind of response here in the US usually ends with a beatdown by about 20 cops and followed by an arrest and on some occasions a trip to the hospital to have a police officers bullet removed from of you. Still a great video.
