So Russians drive drunk, drive without ever visiting a driving school, drive over 100kph in towns, dont know how to use a steering wheel, use cars that disintegrate at speeds above 10 kph and then they also dont wear safety belts.
Well, no wonder that there are only 40% male in that country.
