It's good to have a drink (a cold beer, a glass of wine etc.) but when it gets like that then it is a PROBLEM for one's health and safety (getting home alive or uninjured).

@SkyClad Yeah, sleep is the only solution. Both times I was laying in bed, spinning like crazy, and praying "please God, I'll never drink like this again, please God let me sleep, please God". I'm not religious either.
Chugging water from the garden hose until you puke four or five times helps too.
