  • I'm not a moron who installs every program that pops up on my computer, so no.

    • @fammin

I guess you didn't watch the whole thing. Most of those were not third party program related. They were warnings, questions, and messages pertaining to Windows proper.

    • @Martyr_Machine I don't think windows and proper should be used in the same sentence?

If microsoft ever makes a product that does not suck? It will be a vacuum cleaner.

Go play on your Mac. Only tech incompetents think Windows products are bad. Windows 7 is flawless, their developer platforms are unmatched and their research department employs a plethora of world leading computer scientists. If it wasn't for Microsoft, the world of computing would be nowhere near where it is today.
But, ignorance is always easier I suppose.

    • @NateyG2 F-You, I use PC, not MACs
As to tech incompetence again F-You.

I build 100's of PC's every week, and while any of them could run Windows there are many alternatives.

Try learning a bit before you open your gob.

Don't assume because I correctly see microsoft as another corporate entity which trys to prevent competition in the free market or did you not just hear of MS purchase of numerous patents from AOL? AOL mind you bought them from Compuserve, and Oracle, and I don't think eithe More..

My God you're an idiot. You build hundreds of PC's a week, huh? Even if that were true (which it's not), it would mean absolutely nothing. Building your own PC was considered niche and difficult maybe in 1995, but nowdays a 5 year old can do it.

The rest of your meaningless diatribe combines your personal opinion with uninformed half-truth's - all of which still doesn't address your original comment - that MS's products suck. MS products are some of the best out there. More..

    • @CaptainDangeax Your average computer user cannot be trusted with superuser admin powers. They would wipe the hard drive clean on accident within 10 minutes...

    • @Epic_Beard_Man : Do get some information about computer security. It's easier to click Drive C, format, UAC, OK ; than to open a terminal, get superuser, type admin password (what was it, I don't remember ?), and then rm -rf /. without typo...

    • @CaptainDangeax They can still fuck up plenty of stuff with a bad rm * command.

    • @Epic_Beard_Man : less with a rm * (where a user can only destroy his documents) than with a del *.* (where a user can erase full partition). You should get some information about computer safety, and how the Unix / Linux model is far superior to any other.

    • @CaptainDangeax I use a unix system at my work. I'm not very experienced but I know some basics. I was never talking shit on unix/linux at any point. I've seen some pretty funny accidents from bad commands at my work.
