Americans pay more for health care per capita than any other country yet have far less to show for it.
There are far too many people (i.e., insurance companies, billing, accounting, HR, lawyers, etc.) taking money for your health care that don't provide you medical care.

We Americans pay more because the world's medical corporations are based here. Americans subsidize the socialist medical cost of Europe and Canada. American medical companies that charge Americans $50 for a script and sell the same to a European for $5 would be screaming bloody murder if they had to charge everyone everywhere they sell the same price without benefiting from the differences in the political landscape.

From what I`ve seen/read/heard of American politics and voters, just one gaffe in a TV debate or one bad joke can change the mind of the unsure voters. I wouldn`t bet my money on either candidate at this moment.
