Peshawar, Pakistan
Peshawar is the Capital of Pakistan's 'Pakthunka' province.
Pakistan has over 25 million Pashtoons (less than 15% of the population), while neighbouring Afghanistan has 14 million Pashtoons, who make up more than 55% orf the population (others are Dari Persians, Tajiks, etc).
Pakthunka is not as developed as Pakistan's eastern provinces (Punjab and Sindh) and is the main target of terrorist attacks (90% of all terrorist attacksi n Pakistan accure in this province).
