Those bikers act as idiots and are a danger (but most of all to them selves!). I don't know why the police tries to stop such a crowd if there is not an imminent danger that they have to stop or prevent. Now the police adds fuel to the fire. This way of reacting endangers the bikers, the policemen and the general public without any chance of succes. That makes it a bad decision at the side of the policeforce.
