Police have released the dash cam tape which recorded the sobriety tests given to singer Eric Carmen after he was stopped for DUI.
The former lead singer of the Raspberries pleaded no contest last week to charges.
The judge fined him $750 and sentenced him to 30 days in jail with all but three of those days suspended. Carmen can avoid those days in jail if he completes driver intervention program.
Police in Gates Mills pulled Carmen over back in March. Police say they had received a complaint that a car had crashed onto the front yard of a home on SOM Center Road. No one was hurt.
After leaving The Raspberries, Carmen went on to a successful solo career as a singer and songwriter. Carmen performed as the lead singer in the band the Raspberries before moving on to a solo career.
