Amazing. A crop duster has to risk his life at 20 feet above a crop to "make sure he hits it" but morons believe a plane at 40,000 feet is spraying them in isolated cities in Australia.
Trails have been there since jet engines existed. Does the space shuttle leave a chemtrail? No. When they test rocket engines does it cause clouds and rain? You bloody bet.
There is no such thing.

@DreadNought Trails are existing even longer than jet engines. There are a lot of pictures of B-17 bombers over germany wich are producing impressive trails.
About the rocket stuff: Depends on the fuel they are using. Indeed they are causing clouds and rain sometimes, especially when they are using hydrogen and oxygen...
But this chemtrailstuff is bullshit
