CCTV shows people walking by hit and run victim in Virginia.
Edgar Francisco Aguilar, 35, was struck
by a vehicle while traveling westbound on Columbia Pike at the Four Mile
Run Drive intersection, according to authorities. It seems like no one notices the dead guy laying on the side walk as they go about their business.
