Two people out of them all, figured out that insulated showes and kicking someone loose just may save someones life? Jesus. We need commercials on TV for this, just as bad as we need Stop Drop and Roll.
Of course, a insulated boot, a piece of wood and knocking them away from the power source would break the contact would save a life.
