So he dislocated the chicken's leg joints so they would just dangle like that. He stabbed the head but missed the brain. Pulls out the knife, chicken regains himself, twirls the chicken by the legs, pops joints back in and chicken is alive. Through all that, that chicken is in immense pain this guy is an asshole in my book.

So he dislocates the chicken's legs then pretends to skewer its head and kill it, instead putting it in a choke hold until it passes out. Then he swings the chicken around upside down causing return of blood flow to the head and popping the joints back in.
Perhaps he should use himself to demonstrate that 'magic' technique.

When he cut the joints of the chickens legs, he pulled the tendons out when he bent the legs back at that funny angle, the knife to the head was at a certain angle and only stunned it, didnt go through any fatal spots. Then with his so called magic swinging the bird he popped the tendons back into place which enabled it to walk..... Well a few steps anyway. Either way that would be damn painful for the bird, no magic here, just cruelty.
