See? The way to turn around the economy is to tell all the workers to work harder. Anyone who doesn't is a traitor and will be shot and the big guy himself will come around and tell you how to do your job better. And isn't it lucky that none of the workers have any food to eat because this means they don't need meal breaks leading to more production. All hail the Hypnotoad er I mean Kim Jong Il.

Don't you just love the way these videos are basically a fairytale story with no numbers and real data whatsoever? I've always wondered what he talks about when he goes to the factories, probably tells workers how to do their job even though he's never worked a day in his life and they've been masters of their trade since childhood.
