Government run entities operate with impunity. From CNN:
"As of midnight Wednesday, the Postal Service was in default -- for the first time in its history -- on a $5.5 billion payment owed the federal government to prepay health care benefits for retirees."
They have a long, dedicated history of losing their ass on the taxpayer expense. And some of you fucks think the federal government is going to satisfactorily run healthcare. It's insanity.

Obama said you didn't get their on your own without government help. Well the government help the Post Office into the ground. It has nothing to do with congress. It has everything to do with a government entity that outlives its usefulness. A private business would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.

@2Phast4Rocket No, govt regulations pushed the UPS down the drain and a private business would have closed up shop as soon as the regulations came in force. I have to laugh at Obama's nerve to claim that "anyone couldn't get their on their own without government help" because WHO PAYS THE GOVERNMENT in the first place? No one does voluntarily. The government helps itself to your wallet every single day of your life.

The postal service is broken because they have worthless government employees working there. Government employees are the laziest, most unambitious people I've ever come across. If the postal service was a regular business, it would have gone belly up fifty years ago.
