It looks like an abandoned car on the freeway, cars are rushing by at 65 Miles an hour and the guy with the camera called the cops and while waiting for the cops show up he warned other drivers for the danger. The cops check the car and find a man sleeping. He fell asleep during a traffic-jam which had already dissolved.
