That negro cop really need to understand the constitutional rights of individuals....funny thing is when a person questions the legality of what the police is doing its called obstruction of a police,but standing on a public piece of land not causing any problems is not just cause for arrest...lots of police join the force not because to serve the public but to make good money and really push people around.I know a few cops are dumb as nails but pull in $75000 a year easily...and they are a hole More..
