Depends on the type of muzzle break that you have. The old "arrowhead" style after about 30rds you felt it. The newer "can" style ALOT less but you will still feel it after a while.

@Dave556 barrel moves into the receiver diminishing a lot of the recoil, also the brake is pretty substantial at knocking recoil down as well.
