  • The cop was wrong. In order for him to remove those people from private property he needs a complaint from the property owners. You do not have to provide proof to him. But he is right about the sidewalk a lot of places have local loitering laws that may apply here. Also if you are in a public RIGHT OF WAY it may go beyond the sidewalk.
    But enough about the law. that was a stupid cop. he was probably getting complaints and in stead of informing the citizens of the law he would harass the people More..

  • I usually support the police, but in this case they were wrong. They are right about the sidewalk and bus stop part though, you can not obstruct public property unless you got a permit to protest
    just get the property owners to talk to the police

  • is it just me or are we seeing more and more power hungry cops being assholes.... blocking a sidewalk is an arrestable offence sure, however if no one is being blocked and its not posing a problem to the community why would the officer chose to be an asshole. Tax payers dollars could be much better spent.

    • yeah live leak seems buggy as hell. If I am correct Live Leak has been around for a while not sure why its still so buggy sometimes videos dont show comments disappear etc...

      Not sure if they dont know how to use RAID or BDC's maybe old code. I would of reposted but didnt feel like waisting anymore time on LL.
