steroids have made them both look terrible in my opinion. the concept he is explaining is sound, and will work for those who train drug free. but just look how disproprtionate the arms of the white guy look, he looks like popeye. he pumped steroids and did tons of arms curls instead of working his entire body evenly and he looks grotesque now. kais body is even worse, but you need to look like a freak to be a pro bodybuilder.
