Car ran over 2 yo girl that fell off a scooter - girl survived
She held two kids in her arms on the back seat while the scooter was making a left turn. The 2 yo girl was dropped from her arm and fell in front of a car. The driver of the car couldn't see the girl on the ground and ran over her. Police said the scooter had the major responsibility for the accident because of the overloading of passengers. The girl was sent to hospital immediately and survived.
