first off its just not cool to do that to an injured animal that is completely defenceless. and second, if you dont have time to help a poor dog, then why does your damn soldiers have time to make stupid ass videos of themselves being complete idiots? laughing at it was one thing, but throwning rocks at it and making it run? plain depraved, inhuman and heartless. im no peta freak, but something should be done. throw rocks at the people killing your men and women for a change.
