I don't keep sounds turned on in LL, so i can't say anything about that. BUT if ordnance isn't made so that soldier can so that without danger to his/her life then it isn't realy fit for military use (or any other use for that mater), just imagine having truckload of those and driving in a bad road or getting into accident (or get hit by an IED).
