I don't keep sounds turned on in LL, so i can't say anything about that. BUT if ordnance isn't made so that soldier can so that without danger to his/her life then it isn't realy fit for military use (or any other use for that mater), just imagine having truckload of those and driving in a bad road or getting into accident (or get hit by an IED).

You can drop them, although it isn't adviseable. 203s have to be 15 meters out before they arm, last I heard.
