and the rest of her day wasn't any better...she finds out her drunkin, gambling addicted husband has been screwing her best friend and hasn't paid the car insurance/mortgage for months...not only did she discover her accident is not covered, but her home is being foreclosed...her mom whom she took to the medical clinic earlier in the day learns she has cancer...and her son was suspended from school for shitting on his desk...all in all, it wasn't too bad a day :)

That kind of pass would most likely be illegal in Ontario since it's equivalent to passing a vehicle on the right. Also, you are not supposed to pass on a small shoulder that's not intended to use as a passing lane. I think I would have slowed down super slow and proceeded cautiously. They both share fault.

@Raziz It's called lane filtering. No real rule about how you pass, just as long as you pass safely (motorcycles only). It's illegal in Canada but legal almost everywhere else. Should be legal here too. A shame the majority are too retarded to be driving so having motorcycles pass cars would be too much to process for many.
