  • Very cool, subtract out the metal parts he added and viola a weapon that can pass through metal detectors... but the backscatter and MMW machine would catch it. Still very cool.

    • @dexterMD I would bet good money it would explode in your face on the first shot if live ammo was used. There is a reason all guns are still made out of steel in the vital parts of the gun like the barrel and bolt... You might be able to get away with using high tech polymers like carbon fiber but that's about it. And carbon fiber is hard to work with and requires complex molding and baking processes.

    • @Epic_Beard_Man I have a fully ceramic version of the P90 and it does not blow up in my face when it fires live ammo. So I think you are slightly mistaken about the destructive forces involved here.

    • @dexterMD Is the barrel ceramic? I am very familiar with guns and read about them all the time and have never heard of a ceramic p90. Can you link me to this mystery gun? I'm tempted to call bullshit on your claim but am curious at the same time.
