There are residents who are cool with it, but most of them can't stand this situation any longer- They sit in shelters now most of the day, or running to a near by shelter every time there is a siren (Which is every couple of hours).
And btw- most of the resent casulties and injured by such Grads were of people who stayed out side, like in the video above, and eventually got the one which was not intercepted...

@buzzkill39 Yeah seems pretty well developed. Looks nice and laid back too. Although i just checked out a historical hurricane map and took a look at it on google earth. Its incredibly flat, if you bought a property and plan to build on it would want to be pretty mindful of storm surges and wind damage. The highest point on the island is 18 metres above sea level with the majority of it 1-6 metres above sea level.
