They have a dispute over the land. To make it clear the farmer decided to build a house right in front of the post office, which makes the office closed since then.

Isn't the chinese post office run by the Government? Doesn't the Gov. OWN everything and even if they don't, they take it anyway? This "Farmer" has got some balls.
