UK Government Whitehall sources have confirmed that the Mike Fuller Kent Police Chief Constable dossiers exposes his "links" with the UK's biggest organised crime syndicate which executed Europe's longest running largest organised crime operation in modern economic history.

It has been revealed that the Kent Police Chief Constable Mike Fuller the "newly appointed" Chief Inspector of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) issued direction and control protocols to "expose" Kent Police officers and the senior law officer B Newman concerning the falsifying of CJA Rules victims statements and the resultant theft of HM Crown Oxford University Carroll Trust National Treasures and Illuminated Manuscripts together with other artifacts of national importance. The compelling criminal evidence dossiers are held "in custody" at the FBI Washington DC field office and Sir Paul Stephenson Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police. Further sources have also confirmed that a "complete profile" of criminal break-ins burgularies and organised criminal seizure offences directly implicating Mr Fuller are also held by Mark Field MP for the City of London and Westminster a close witness in this massive ongoing corruption case.

It is thought that the UK National Security Agency MI5 is providing a support matrix security perimeter for Gerald Carroll "in concert" with the Metropolitan Police Scotland Yard Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) elite law enforcement officers following the theft of Ministry of Defence Gerald Carroll State Papers and UK Government Security Services classified documents.

Gerald Carroll is chairman of the board of trustees representing the Carroll Foundation and resides in Westminster London. Gerald Carroll is on the board of benefactors of Oxford University having endowed for $2,500,000 a Chair of Irish History which is now attached to Hertford College. Gerald Carroll is believed to continue to retain high level appointments and links with world wide governmental and institutional organisations whilst continuing to co-ordinate with the high level law enforcement officers charged with this case.
