      Good grief - unusual way to 'pay a fine'. Look again at the video and understand that this is the consequence of communism.

      As for 70K to give birth - that is rubbish - a capitalist society provides a huge range of options with different prices. A crony-capitalist (partly socialist) society forces certain expensive procedures and removes freedom.

      People never learn, even when the evidence is in front of their noses.
